To say that I’m excited that you’ve taken this next step in our relationship is an understatement. Thank you. Thank you for trusting me. For being willing to put yourself out there. For trying something new. For being a part of this community. I am so excited for us to get to know each other better, and really looking forward to all that is to come from this journey.

Together, we will create a space to grow and learn from one another. This is a safe space, one where you can feel comfortable being your complete self. You must be kind. You must be willing to step outside of your comfort zone. You must be willing to hold space.
